Bridal hair and makeup
Bridal makeup : Includes lip touch up kit and false lashes and a deluxe touch up kit | $230
Bridal hair| $210
( if you have extremely long/ thick hair (if your hair doesn't fit between your thumb and index) or want extensions +$25)
Bridal makeup trial: We will try a different looks on each side of your face with different products to test what works best for you. The in studio trial can take up to 1.5hour can be used for your engagement shoot. | $165
Bridal hair trial:1.5h in studio session, we will try 2 different hairstyles| $165
***Trial, if you feel like the time allotted is not enough, or if you want to try other things we can make the trial longer, $30/30 min.
Bridal party and family
Bridesmaid package:Includes hair styling and makeup application with false eye lashes and a lip touch up kit. |$310
Bridesmaid’s makeup: For your lovely bridal party| $165, including false lashes and lip touch up kit.
Bridesmaid’s hair: $165 if the bridesmaid has extension or very thick hair, please notify me in advance as it takes more time and add+$25)
Mother of the bride or groom makeup or hair: $150 includes false lashes and lip touch up kit.
Guest Hair and makeup :$300 inc. false lashes and a lip touch up kit
Guest makeup only :$165 inc. false lashes and lip touch up kit.
Guest hair only:$165
The extras
False lashes: Everybody likes a little extra vavavoom, one pair is included, but maybe your friend doesn’t want her makeup done and only needs a little help with lashes | $10/pair (the price of the makeup stays the same if you choose to not have lashes)
Eye petals: Refresh, rejuvenate and help to get rid of the puffiness under the eyes. | $10
Deluxe Touch up kit: If you chose the solo makeup it comes with a basic lip touch up and tissue, powder puff and Qtips. The deluxe touch up kit (inc in the packages) comes with: blotting papers, powder puff, lip brush, sample of lipstick, sample of your concealer, sample of your lip gloss, Qtips, sponge, mints, bobby pins, Floss and tissue in a cute little pouch.|$30
Airbrushing: Airbrush application of the foundation, light coverage, long lasting| $25
Early morning. Start before 7am are subject to a $75, before 6am $125, before 5am $300.
Assistant: +$100 and travel ($1.36/km one way only) , (minimum 4 services per artist)
Saturdays: Summer Minimum $1800 booking, Winter Minimum $1000 excluding the value of the trial as it is done on a separate day.
Sundays: I typically take Sundays off, but I occasionally make exceptions upon request. Please note that a 10% surcharge applies to all services booked on Sundays between July to September. Bringing the minimum to $2160
Transportation fee and Parking
$1.36/km outside Squamish (one way only)
Parking charges are different everywhere we go, parking is added to your room or to the remainder due on the day of the wedding.
Cancellation
I understand that life happens and plans might change. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable. Any services cancelled within 3 months from the wedding will be fully due. For any services cancelled over 3 months before the wedding, the minimum booking requirements must be met otherwise the balance is fully due. (minimum booking for a Saturday from June to October is $1800. If you previously booked an assistant her minimum is 5 services.)
Allergies/ sensitivity to Products
I use high quality products such as Charlotte Tilbury, Hour glass, Nars, Make up for ever, Tarte, Lancôme, Urban decay, Estée Lauder, Dior, but if you have any sensitivity please let me know in advance. If you have allergies and only want me to use your products that can also be done.
Payments
Email transfer at payments.natachatrottier@gmail.com. Non-refundable deposit must be paid within 14 days after signing the contract to secure your bookings. The remainder must be paid on the day of the wedding or before if it is more convenient for you. I accept cash, cheque, email transfer and credit card (note a 3.5% fee is applicable for cc payments.)
